Yes. Enable Hospital or Pharmacy when you are ready — we prorate the module fee for the current billing period and apply bundle discounts if you now run multiple domains.
No. Unlike fixed tiers that bundle features you may not need, HealthFlow Pro charges per clinical domain. A standalone lab does not pay for hospital or pharmacy modules.
Each registered patient encounter in any enabled module — lab registration, OPD consultation, or pharmacy sale linked to a patient — counts toward your monthly visit limit across the tenant.
Your subscription covers 3 staff user accounts per tenant. Extra users are $12/user/month.
Telemedicine is included in the Hospital module — no separate fee when Hospital is enabled.
Patients sign in with MR or visit number plus password from the receipt to view approved reports. That works on the shared platform URL when transactional email is enabled. A branded domain ($29/mo add-on) puts staff login and patient portal on your hostname.
