By using the AInfomics marketplace and related services operated by AInfomics , you agree to these terms.

Marketplace listings

Provider profiles, fees, and availability are submitted by healthcare professionals and organizations. We review listings before publication but do not guarantee clinical outcomes. Always verify credentials and suitability for your care needs.

Bookings

Appointment requests are transmitted to the provider you select. Confirmation, rescheduling, and clinical care are the responsibility of that provider. AInfomics facilitates discovery and booking — it is not a substitute for emergency services.

Provider accounts

Providers must submit accurate licenses, fees, and contact details. We may suspend or remove listings that violate policy, mislead patients, or remain unverified.

Software services

Use of HealthFlow Pro and other software products is governed by separate commercial terms provided at signup or in your service agreement. These marketplace terms do not replace those agreements.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, spam, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
Do not post false medical claims or impersonate licensed professionals.
Respect patient privacy and applicable healthcare regulations.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be noted on this page.
