Terms of use
By accessing or using the AInfomics platform operated by AInfomics , you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Last updated: August 7, 2026.
1. Nature of the platform
AInfomics operates a technology marketplace and discovery platform. Our role is limited to helping marketplace owners and listed providers — including doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, hospitals, and home-care / nursing service providers — present information and interact with end users who search, book, ask questions, or link visits.
We are not a hospital, clinic, laboratory, pharmacy, ambulance service, or emergency provider. We do not employ the listed clinicians or home-care workers as your treating team, do not practice medicine through this site, and do not become a party to the care relationship between you and any provider you choose.
- Listings, fees, availability, credentials, and contact details are submitted by providers or their organizations.
- Bookings and messages are requests routed to the provider you select; confirmation and care delivery are theirs.
- HealthFlow Pro and related facility software, when used by an organization, are governed also by that organization’s service agreement.
2. Your responsibility — you decide every act
Every user must decide for themselves whether to create an account, post content, upload images, book a provider, invite someone into their home, share personal or medical information, follow advice, or take any other action using or after using this platform.
You alone are responsible for verifying identity, licenses, suitability, safety arrangements, and outcomes before relying on any listing, forum answer, article, or booking. If you are unsure or the situation is urgent, seek in-person professional care or emergency services immediately. Do not use the platform for emergencies.
3. No liability for misuse or third-party conduct
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AInfomics / AInfomics and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not responsible for any misuse of the forum, marketplace, booking tools, messaging, or related services by any user or provider — including but not limited to fraud, impersonation, harassment, defamation, privacy breaches, unauthorized clinical advice, unsafe home visits, injury, loss, theft, or any other mishap arising from interactions that start on or off this platform.
You release and hold us harmless from claims arising from (a) content posted by users, (b) acts or omissions of doctors, labs, pharmacies, hospitals, home-care providers, or other end users, and (c) your own decisions based on information found here. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties that listings are complete, current, or fit for a particular medical purpose.
4. Home care and in-home services — safety warning
Home-care listings (including nursing and related services) may involve inviting a stranger into a private residence or meeting them in a location you control. This carries real security and personal-safety risk and can result in mishaps, injury, loss of property, or other harm.
- Verify the provider’s identity, license/registration, and references independently before booking.
- Prefer known facilities or verified introductions where available; do not rely solely on an online listing.
- Meet in safer settings when possible; inform a trusted contact of time and location; keep valuables secured.
- Never share unnecessary personal, financial, or medical data with a provider you have not verified.
- If anything feels unsafe, cancel or leave immediately and contact local authorities if needed.
AInfomics does not supervise home visits, does not guarantee the conduct of home-care workers, and is not liable for events that occur during or after a home-care booking arranged through the marketplace.
5. Health forum — content rules and medical disclaimer
The public health forum lets end users ask questions and lets participating providers or staff respond. Forum answers are educational discussion only — not a diagnosis, prescription, or doctor–patient relationship.
- Do not post illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit / obscene content.
- Do not upload images or videos that exploit or endanger others, or that show identifiable third parties without their permission.
- Do not impersonate licensed professionals or claim emergency urgency that is not genuine.
- Respect privacy: avoid publishing full names of others, CNIC numbers, exact addresses, or unnecessary identifying details.
We may hide, remove, or refuse to publish any question, answer, or attachment at our discretion, including for suspected abuse of these Terms. Moderation does not create an obligation to review every post, and failure to remove content does not make us responsible for that content.
6. Images, videos, and media approval on the forum
Users may attach images or short videos to forum questions to illustrate a medical concern. Because media can be sensitive or inappropriate, all attached images and videos remain unpublished until an authorized reviewer approves them. Until approval, attachments are not shown to the general public on the forum. Rejected media will not be displayed.
By uploading media and accepting the media consent checkbox on the ask form, you represent that:
- You own the media or have all rights needed to upload and display it;
- You have lawful consent from any identifiable person shown (or from a parent/guardian for a minor);
- You grant AInfomics a non-exclusive license to host, review, moderate, and — if approved — display the media on the forum in connection with your question;
- The media is not obscene, pornographic, or otherwise prohibited under these Terms or applicable law;
- You understand approval may be refused, delayed, or withdrawn later without creating liability for us.
Even after approval, you remain responsible for the media you uploaded. Reporting of abuse is encouraged via our contact channels.
7. Marketplace provider listings
Providers must submit accurate licenses, fees, and contact details and may be required to upload verification documents. Public profiles typically remain hidden until approved. We may suspend or remove listings that violate policy, mislead users, or remain unverified. Approval of a listing is an operational check for the marketplace — not a clinical endorsement or guarantee of quality or safety.
8. Bookings and payments
Appointment or service requests are transmitted to the provider you select. Confirmation, rescheduling, clinical care, fees charged at the facility, and refunds are the provider’s responsibility unless a separate written payment arrangement with AInfomics expressly says otherwise. Marketplace fees shown are informational and may change.
9. Accounts (personal, provider, and facility software)
- Personal account: for end users (forum, bookings, linking lab visits). Email verification may be required.
- Marketplace provider account: for listed doctors, labs, pharmacies, hospitals, home care, and related vendors.
- Facility / staff workspace: organization tenants using HealthFlow Pro (LIS, HMS, pharmacy modules, etc.).
Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Temporary patient-portal access via MR number and portal password for a single laboratory is separate from a personal account and does not replace these Terms for marketplace or forum use.
10. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, spam, overload, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
- Do not post false medical claims or impersonate licensed professionals or organizations.
- Do not use the platform to solicit illegal activity or to share malware.
- Respect patient privacy and applicable healthcare and data-protection laws.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AInfomics / AInfomics from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the platform, your bookings or home-care arrangements, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Questions: use our contact page. See also our Privacy policy.
