This policy describes how AInfomics handles information when you use the AInfomics marketplace and related healthcare software services.
What we collect
- Account information: name, email, phone, and credentials when you sign up or join as a provider.
- Booking & marketplace data: appointment requests, search preferences, city selection, and messages you submit through listing pages.
- Clinical workspace data: when your organization uses HealthFlow Pro, patient and operational records are stored within your tenant boundary as described in your service agreement.
- Technical data: browser type, device information, IP address, and usage analytics to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use information
- Operate the marketplace — show relevant doctors, hospitals, labs, and pharmacies; process bookings; and moderate provider listings.
- Deliver and improve healthcare software products for facilities and research teams.
- Communicate about your account, security, and service updates.
- Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with healthcare providers you choose to book with, infrastructure vendors that help us run the platform (under confidentiality obligations), and authorities when required by law.
Your choices
You may update account details, request deletion of marketplace account data, or contact us about access and correction. Clinical records held in a facility workspace are managed by that organization’s administrators.
